• Arrival time is an estimate. Your groomer will send a 30-minute heads-up when en route.
• We strive to be punctual, but delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or extended grooming needs from earlier appointments.

$85 fee applies if the appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• A $25 cleaning fee will be charged if your pet has an accident inside the grooming van.
• Please walk your dog before the appointment to help avoid this.

• We do not demat pets due to the pain and stress it causes.
• If your pet arrives matted, we will perform a comfort shave to a manageable length.
• Owners will be educated on at-home coat maintenance and provided with tool recommendations and links to prevent future matting.

• If your pet shows signs of fear, aggression, or severe stress, grooming will be paused and you will be notified immediately.
• Your pet’s emotional and physical safety is always our priority.
